Cadence: You may receive up to 3 reminders spaced 30 days apart if your data remains stale. We keep it light and respectful—no spam.
Control: Every reminder email includes a one‑click link to unsubscribe from identity verification reminders at any time without affecting other emails.

What gets updated: When you refresh your Reddit connection, we update your karma, subscriber count, and profile information to reflect your current status on your public HeatWare profile.

Improvement: Clearer forms when adding an alias. The Forum / Community field now shows a small "required" star, and manual entry messages use plain-English (e.g., "The Forum URL field is required.").
