I bought a 750 AMD system and immediately I had problems. I couldn't figure it out so I formatted and tried 3 times to load OS. I wasn't paying attention to the hardware monitor, but when I finally check the bios it read the core temp at 78c ouch!
I opened the case and noticed the fan blade fell out of the volcano6cu. First time in my life I saw this. Maybe Fedex threw the box around or a defective HSF. I snapped the fan blade back on and the HSF seems fine. Core temps dropped and OS installed fine. However, the system wasn't fully stable, I would get random errors. I explained to the seller what had happened and he replaced the chip with a 950mhz brand new chip for FREE!!! It wasn't my fault the Fan Blade fell out, but it wasn't the sellers fault either. If any1 is to blame it would be Fedex or the HSF maker. This is the best seller I've ever bought from :
