Seller, attempted to sell GPU to user. No items traded. Intended PayPal.

angwww was the Buyer on July 8, 2016 /r/hardwareswap

User did not actually purchase any items. Requested an invoice via PayPal. Promise payment "early morning" and did not deliver, then promised payment "late tonight" and did not deliver. User requested GPU-Z screenshots (did not provide), warranty details, updated time-stamps and plentiful assurance that "this isn't a scam". User went no contact after second payment promise was missed and continued to fish out other offers on the forums while negotiations trade with me. User's PayPal address is also not an email that is registered to HeatWare.
