This guy knows how to do business. Very friendly and kept in touch with a reply time of only a few hours to all my questions. The LCD itself came with all accessories, along with some that were not even included if I was to buy it new. He also included a three year Best Buy warranty which made his price impossible to beat. Everything was packaged extremely well, little baggies, foam safeguards, ties... basically like-new. I can not find any blemish whatsoever. Overall, this guy is the best seller I have ever dealt with and hope to do business with again in the future.

Pre-Trade
Communication was great, he was very responsive and answered all my questions. The negotiation process went smoothly and we found a win-win situation.

Trade
As I had lower heat than Jody, I shipped first. I shipped on a Wednesday and the item arrived on Friday. I PMed and emailed him several times without a response throughout the weekend. Calling the telephone provided gave a worrisome message that he would not be home until July 28th. Jody later replied on Monday explaining that he had been away. He shipped the HTPC a few days later.

Post-Trade:
I had some troubles getting the PC to work. In the end, it turned out the graphics card was defective. Jody offered to return my item, but I said that would not be necessary. Instead he provided a refund. The HTPC runs very nicely now--I can even game with the new card that I have purchased. Thanks! I am glad everything worked out in the end.
