Great buyer, and very pleasant to do business with. He had one problem due to my not realizing that a program needed to synchronize the Clie with the computer wasn't available from Sony's site, and informed me of the issue quickly. I sent him the needed files a couple of hours after I got his email. He's a very trustworthy guy, and was polite when emailing about the issue.
