Overall this was a good experience. The box arrived with the stock intel heatsink slightly damaged, mostly due to the carrier handling things roughly. The motherboard was also pretty dirty with some residue in the dust that could be from being near a kitchen. It was hard to clean off, but I got it ok. He was very concerned about my being happy and offered me some money off to make things right and also said he would pay return shipping if I didn't want to keep it. In the end, I feel he is a good trader and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again, recommended!
