He sent the hardware first because he did not have any references. I gave him the options of either wait for him to sell something big to get some feedback, or for him to pay for a C.O.D. or for him to ship first and that I would pay later.

He choose to ship first, got the package three days later and will do business again if the chance ever comes up.
