    I specifically listed shipping options, the cheapest which was first class mail. I also listed this option as not being guaranteed since I cannot track it, so the customer takes the risk on shipment. Having said this, I did not issue a refund because I lack evidence of this package not being delivered. This was overly stated in the post prior to purchase of anyone. READ CAREFULLY NEXT TIME !!!!
