We end up not being able to finish off the deal because CanadaPost had lost the package. Both JLunar and I handled the situation professionally; JL offered me a full refund (+ email money transfer cost) after CanadaPost concluded the package was lost.

All in all, I would like to clearly state that although the deal didn't work out, it was not JL's fault!!! In contrast, JL conducted herself professionally throughout the whole ordeal.

I would definitely deal with her again in the future!!!
