I sold the motherboard very cheap because it needed to be RMA's and had di-electic grease on it. He got pissed about the grease but I told him I sold it cheap because it needed RMA and I didn't want to clean the socket & ship it out. Guess he didn't like the fact that the grease was there as his Heat eval was less than spectacular & borderline neutral. To each their own.
