Hex is very easy to work with. He went out of his way to make it all work well. The original deal was for $170, but that was if it was shipped by UPS. I wanted it done USPS priority. He checked with them, and found out it was about $10 more. He also found out that it would be $10 less for parcel post. He offered me a choice of paying $10 more, or $10 less. Which I thought was very cool, although I chose more. After he got back from the PO. He informed me that the guy on the phone had mislead him, and that it cost about $20 more. Hex did not want any extra money though. Again I thought this was very cool. Hex is extremely honest, and we did this deal extremely quick. I am very happy with the monitor. The thing is brand frikkin new, and Hex is a great trader.

goods arrived on time and as advertised. however, weeks later when i needed it, the ram was incompatible with 3 of the 4 mobos i tested it on! John's a great guy and offered to buy it back immediately before we knew it wasnt defective. to ease the loss in value of pc133 over the last month, i reffered him on my paypal account and he beamed me my money back plus some for shipping. this trade is one of the few that has had a hitch, but i was so lucky i had it with john cause he's so professional and honest i had nothing to fear- he made things right! :) HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!
