He payed immediately and I shipped the next day. Unfortunately USPS has been very slow the past few weeks with first class mail so Joe did not receive it in time. I felt really bad and offered a refund of his money but he did not want it citing it was not my fault but USPS. Joe is a very understanding guy and is the best trader out there in my opinion! Have done business with him a few times and everytime was perfect! Sorry it did not get there in time Joe!
