Very good communication. He always kept me up to date on status. He shipped out the chip really quickly. The chip was wrapped in aluminum foil and the foil was placed in a small plastic enclosure. For some reason, I felt awkward seeing the chip wrapped in foil. I don\'t know if that is recommended or not, but the chip worked fine, so no big deal.
