Jeff is wonderful. I purchased this psu from another member and mever got a chance to use it so I sold it to him. It made a pop when he first fired it up and didn\'t work. Thank goodness it didn\'t hurt his comp. After several conversations with him, he rma\'d the psu. A gentleman through the whole process. I felt terrible that this happened and have even more respect for him after this process.
