Bought a HSF. Communication was good. Only problem was shipping by PO. After 2 weeks, seller offered to refund amount, I suggested we wait another week. After week 3 passed, the seller sent a refund. Guess what, after 4 weeks, the PO finally delivered the package. All through the deal, the seller was amicable and willing to make good. Although the PO was crap, the seller was good. Definitely the type of person you want to trade with.
