I bought an laptop from Hellraiser. Paypal was sent via e-check, didn't hear from hellraiser for awhile, come to find out he got into a serious car accident and was laid up in the hospital for a couple days. He was pretty busted-up. As soon as He was able to get back to his computer got an email letting me know what was going on and a ship date for my lappie. Even though he had NO control over the delay, he made up for it by shipping next-day air and swapping out the 20 gig HD and put in a 40. I don't know how to give enough credit to Hellraiser for the way he took care of business, even w/ the injuries he had. I would not hesitate to deal w/ him again. Thanks Andrew and best wishes for a speedy recovery.
