first let me say it was great dealing with diluted! He accidentally crossed two packages and I got something that was supposed to be RMA'd.... Sometimes when these things happen is when you see the true merrit of a trader and that was the case here. He took care of this very honestly and quickly. I got the right item with just a few days delay and he reimbursed me quickly for my cost in shipping the RMA package on for him. Very nice communication, very pleasant to deal with. He dealt with the small mishap very well and I'd gladly deal with him again. Highly, highly recommended.
