Communication was great, shipping was relatively fast. He threw in 2 NICs. Neutral because items were shipped inside an anti-static bag only. No padding, bubble wrap, etc. [Only protection besides bag was the USPS box it was in.] Very bad packing, IMO, the reason for the neutral.
He did offer money back for any items I returned.

Besides packing, was overall a good trade.
