Hinderson sold me an fcpga celeron chip that I still haven\'t recieved.

The chip didn\'t come in the mail so, I asked for a refund. I still haven\'t gotten my money. This guy has been hard to contact and cancelled (without reason) my paypal request for money.

The DV Cam was DOA and unfotunately my laptop had already been traded in another deal so I couldn\'t get it back. I have been dealing with this issue since 10/2001. So far Hinderson sold the DV cam for me on e*ay and sent me the money (about half of what I was originally asking for the laptop). He still owes me the other half 6 months after the deal. He has been O.K. with communication.....but the deal has gone way sour at this point. I would not recommend trading with him. Everyone should remember that a trade is not complete until both parties involved are happy and he traded my laptop before I even had the dv cam in my hands.

Bought a CPU off David for $50. He claimed he could only get the chip to run at 500mhz, hence the discount. I had to constantly remind him to give me updates. He never told me when he recieved my payment, or when he shipped out my chip. I received the chip only find that it was missing a pin. He said he accidentally sent the wrong chip and I should return it and he will send me the correct one. Did not hear from him until a few days after he received my chip. There was a whole mess on Anandtech I never got a replacement chip. It took him another week to Paypal me the refund.

David claims to have encountered many personal problems. In the end I did get my money, but his lack of communications throughout the whole deal earns him a negative rating.

Supposibly was buying a P3-800EB that runs at 8x133 (1067). Paid paypal (3/22/02), CPU didn\'t arrive for more than three weeks (and I\'m only 1 state away). CPU arrived dead, and was covered with artic silver. Dead - no post - nothing. Eventually got a refund by paypal.

Avoid this guy at all costs! He has trolled many. Has/had multiple ebay accounts (hinderson, we_make_deals, wemakemoredeals, lotsofstuffnmore1, orionforce, and more), and lots of bad feedback there as well. Someone suggested he\'s been buying dead cpu lots on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2009392543) and reselling them as working chips.

I personally walked into this deal. I have traded with David Bible twice before, and both times went without incident.

I entered into a deal with David on the 8th of Feb. After my items were sent and arrived on the 12th of Feb. I received little communication from him. Only one PM on the 20th stating that he had shipped the chip on the 14th. After repeated attemps to get a tracking # with no results I contacted Rainguy(from the Trollhunters) on the 26th of Feb. He emailed him and I received Paypal for the approximate value of the items.

I have waited this long to post an eval because he said he shipped the cpu, & if it had arrived with a Feb. postmark I would have returned it to him or paid for it. I know the post office can make major screw-ups an I gave them more than ample time to deliver if that was the case. Obviously, it wasn\'t the fault of USPS. He just lied and had never shipped the chip, so he gets a neutral. It would be a negative but he did pay for the value of the items I sent.

the deal was supposed to be a trade of my super-micro LX motherboard w/scsi for a scsi controller (the mobo has some issues, but worked)

he never sent the scsi card, very little communications unless i initiated it, i finally asked for a refund and after a couple of requests, i got the $ value i had asked for the mobo in my original post, he claimed the scsi card must have gotten lost, i don\'t think he ever sent it, and hoped i would forget about the whole thing

Communication was poor, I had to phone him at home before he would acknowledge me. I did recieve my stuff and it works but the trade went down amidst the scandal at Anandtech/[H] about his trolling activities. Would never trade with him again.
