I got the case, and it was in terrible condition. The front door was snapped off, the insides were disgustingly dirty, and there were several LARGE scratches and dents. I asked for a refund, and he promised me this. The problem was, every time he said "I'll send the money back on this date" the money never came. Eventually the PayPal dispute time period expired. Now, he contacts me on instant messager on a regular basis, taunting me and telling me I'll never get the money back.

Paypal\'d him immediately. He said he shipped the next day. 5 days and several emails later, I still hadn\'t received the card and he said he was perplexed as to why it wasn\'t there yet. Once I finally received the card, the delivery conf. # showed that he didn\'t even ship the card until 5 days after he said he had. The card arrives packaged horribly and doesn\'t work. Terribly garbled signal on the screen. I ask for refund. He offers another card he has in trade, but will not ship until he receives this card back. That won\'t work for me, as I need my PC, so I ask for refund (which he agrees to), send the card back to him, and buy another card. After a couple of emails he agrees that the card is defective but says I\'ll have to wait for the refund. A little over a month ago he says that I\'ll have my refund within two weeks. I\'ve sent several emails to him but have not received a reply or refund since. As of now, he has the card AND my $200.

Had problems with the shipping of the NF7-S. He disappeared for a week or so and took him 3 weeks to ship out the board to me. This was after i called his entire family tracking him down, sending several emails and contacting tenax so the trollhunters could help. He in the end made good on the deal and shipped me the board.

So another deal happend shortly afterwards where he sent me his ATI radeon 9800XT FIRST and i would ship him my ti 4600 and 1gb of ram after i received the card. This trade went smooth. This is why im giving a neutral rating for him instead of a negative.

He needs to ship first in my opinion. If he ships first the deal will work out. Jeremy is a decient guy but has a hard time shipping out packages. He normally trusts others to ship for him instead of him shipping it himself. This and a lack of communication is where the problem lies for him.

As said above..have him ship first.

Had trouble over several months with Jeremy recieving package, and finally paying for it for various reasons. In the end I was sent half of the payment, and he traded me a 2200+ close out the deal. I am not going to say that Jeremy is some evil troll and is going to take your money or merchandise. I would just suggest having him ship, or pay first, seeing as how his end of the transaction in my case took longer than my end did.

Item came as described. X2 3800 LDBHE 0601UPMW. Works good. Problem was it took him 2 weeks to finally ship it out to me. ALSO it would have been nice if he could have at least cleaned off the thermal compound off the cpu (there was ALOT on it and it was everywhere) before packing it in the box.

after promising to ship next day, giving me a bogus delivery conf #, promising to ship again via ups (with tracking #), then no contact for over a week....the package arrives via usps. jeremy shipped 13 days after he initially promised to ship. (it only took 2 days in transit)

Bottom Line: this should be a SHIP FIRST seller in my book.
