For the record he could hardly tear his eyes away from his WoW game to hand the memory to me... I think he is lost in MMPORG world.

Apparently, the package bounced back to him. He wrote the address wrong. Suspicious, especially considering he never sent me a tracking number the first time, and disappeared for a week until I contacted his family. Once he reappeared he acted exactly as he said he would, and the hardware did in fact work. He is at best an irresponsible trader.

Item was shipped pretty quickly. However, I could not get the card to work. I tried everything I could think of, but no luck. I thought about asking for a refund, but Nappo sold it for only $270, which was a great price, so I just RMAed it to ATI and they sent me a brand new one. So in the end it worked out even better than I expected. And Nappo assured me he would have refunded me my money had I asked him.
