Severian shipped when stated and was very responsive to PMs. The item unfortunately arrived damaged at my doorstep with a bent expansion bracket and damaged fan. This was partially due to lack of protective packaging, but I would also heavily fault the USPS for mishandling of the package.

Dave worked with me very quickly via PM. The card was functional after repairs were made and I was partially reimbursed for my troubles and for the need to buy an aftermarket fan for the card.

The bottom line on this transaction is that Dave sent the item with what he thought was sufficient packaging, but when the item did arrive damaged, he was right on it and put things right. I wouldn\'t hesitate to trade with Dave and you shouldn\'t either. He is a top notch seller.
