He was very courteous and didn't mind the fact that I couldn't ship on the specified date (one day late). When arrived, due to improper packaging and shipping the CPU had a few bent pins. Without much anger, he hesitantly bent the small pins back and fired up the Computer to find it indeed worked. I suggested/offered to refund his money, but the troubles it took for him to receive made him hesitant to send it back.
