Geoff was prompt w/ emails, package was well packed, I paypal'd and received product 1 week later ... I'd call that prompt. Geoff didn't think so, so he included rounded yellow IDE cables for my "inconvenience". That's a superior trader IMO. I'd deal w/ Geoff again in a heartbeat.
