The agreement was for me to give you a shell of a site, which you agreed was a good site. You came to me later wanting the whole site to be changed to fit a different monitor resolution. The site I gave you was worth way more than the $75 that you gave me. If I would have charged what I normally do, you would have paid about 4 times that amount.

You had a site you were cool with, and then wanted changes. I delivered what we agreed upon, and then you changed your mind.

Sorry, but I can't waste my time on completely changing a site because you changed your mind. What happens the next time? More negative feedback?
