Purchased an Intel 775 uATX board in May 07. Took over a month to ship to me, board was DOA...most likely due to no static bag/overall bad packaging job. In August, he claimed UPS was refunding the money and it would be sent to me, I\'m still waiting. Gave him plenty of time and multiple follow up messages, no responses...

I knew the items had issues, but I figured I could get a battery and try my hand at fixing the camera.

I sent the paypal over on May 13th, a Thursday. We talked a bit on the 14th about trading services for some other items, but that didn\'t pan out.

I received a message on the 18th saying \"items will be going out tomorrow. work has been busy, so tomorrow is the first day i can get to the PO.\" OK, no problem. Appreciate the update.

The 27th rolls around. No items, no other contact. I get a little worried. I send out two e-mails, one to his Anandtech profile e-mail and the other to his Heatware e-mail. One gets returned as undeliverable. A little more worried now.

I sent him a PM through Anandtech on the 28th saying I haven\'t received the items, but that turned out to be premature. The items showed up on the 28th. The postmark was dated the 27th.

Started communicating about purchase on 1/28. Paypal sent 1/29. Said he would ship the next day.

PMed 2/1 asking status. He said he didn\'t get it shipped out and that he would ship out the next day.
PMed again on 2/5 asking status. He replied 2 days later (2/7) saying it was shipped, but he didn\'t have the tracking #.
On 2/8, he informs me Fedex left a slip that my address was undeliverable (stupid dormitory address).
Finally re-ships via USPS on 2/11. I receive 2/15.
I tried to communicate with the seller, but he was very hard to get ahold of. Instead of PMing me & the other buyers, he leaves a message in his FS/FT thread saying he had been busy and his secretary or someone mailed out all of the packages.
I understand being busy, but I do not find it an excuse to have horrible communication & ridiculous ship-times.
A safe trader, no troll here, but don\'t bother if you need anything with a fast turnaround time.

Hahahaha, I can\'t believe this guy felt the need to leave a reply FIVE YEARS LATER. Way to miss the boat pal, hahahahaha. And apparently \"I left out a lot of the story.\" LOL, what is there to tell when you didn\'t reply to messages?

Wow, where do I start. The only reason this is not a negative is because it's my own damned fault for not heeding the advice from other people who've dealt with him. I got what I deserved, I guess.

I pay promptly Sunday morning, tells me he'll mail it out Wednesday. No reason given, but not a big deal, at least he gave me a day. Wednesday comes and goes, says he missed the delivery because he got free tickets to a Mets game. OK, no big deal, says he'll mail it the next day. Of course, that is the last I hear of him until the following week and he finally mails it out on Monday. Gives me another lame excuse and I say "Not happy with this transaction at all." He responds by attacking me with these gems: "sorry that i have a life and its not one that revolves around AT." and "its apparant you have no life, so i forgive you for not understanding how to live life." These were in response to my calling him irresponsible, which he obviously is. You can be an idiot like me and ignore his feedback, or you can be smart and read his feedback carefully.

I sold Matt OfficeXP. He paid by Paypal and I shipped USPS Priority.
