    Good communication and easy transaction but shipped laptop with a missing memory cover and questionable packaging (had to pick styrofoam bits out of the memory compartment and some vents, ESD nightmare). When I asked for the missing memory cover (that was pictured in the listing), never got a reply. But lappy was cheap so still an ok deal.

    Good price on used cpu with a new HSF. Received fast shipping but the packaging was minimal. CPU was inside anti-static bag with no other protection. CPU and hsf were protected only with balls of newspaper for packing material. The cpu could have easily been damaged if the box had been crushed.
