Item was misrepresented prior to sale. The notebook wasn\'t in perfect condition as stated - it had been dropped which is beyond normal wear and should have been disclosed. Two cracks were found on the LCD cover (left corner and left side hinge - just found the second one during repair) and the lid switch had been broken. Furthermore, a promised recovery disk was never provided.

Seller offered full refund, but I had already ordered parts (memory and new battery). I accepted $20, which obviously will not cover repair costs. Please give accurate description of condition in the future.
