I received the item plugged in the powersupply and the power supply fan is totally dead and there are sparks coming from the connection on the case. It is obivously shorting at the plug. Contacted seller and seller stated \"So like i said there is no refund and i cannot do anything about it. \"

PMed him and told him about the problem and he told me it was my problem.

He wont refund my money so now im stuck with the chip.
