I sold an old Lian Li case that I had in storage forever. I pulled it out, noticed it was dirty and didn't look too much more at it. Sold and shipped to Vapor and a day after he recieved he notified me of some major problems with the case and took the time to take pictures and describe in detail the problem.

We worked out an agreement to refund the purchase price of the case minus shipping. He was very easy to work with and communicated everything very well in a very difficult situation.
