i have purchased $160.oo worth of games from the seller never to receive any of them.

seller stated numerous times that games have been shipped and has the tracking number but never provided one. delayed communications at times. filed a dispute with chargeback and was still not able to provide paypal the tracking number. after receiving a small percentage of the money back from paypal, seller stated that he would make things right by refunding me the amount. after almost 3 weeks, no refun. seller last contacted me through hardforum PM stating i would be receiving my refund on 6/5/07 but never heard back. as of 6/9, seller did not contact me back after sending him another PM. do not trade with this seller. very late in comunication and false promises.

the money was sent on 4/6 and after 2 months, i still dont have my games nor refund.
