Great guy: The Klipsch speakers he sent never actually reached me (USPS confirmed delivery, but had no other details and no signature). Landlady was at my residence all day and never got it, so we have no idea where the thing ended up.

Anyway, despite the sucky situation, he reimbursed me what I had paid for the speakers.
