The second shipment came damaged. A chip had been knocked off a board on one of the timeservers, and it didn?ÇÖt work properly. Andy was very quick to respond to my email, and we worked the whole thing out. He was great with communication, and we spoke a bit on the phone. He made a claim against the shipper and sent my money back.
