Tom was great to deal with and knowlegable. There were problems with the PC when it arrived at Tom's place and I had him ship it back to me. Turned out the mobo needed to be replaced. Fortunately, ther there a spare at Geoff's Hardware Emporium, so it got turned around quicky back to Tom! Fast payment and excellent communications! Beginning of a great trading career I think!
