Haeaa

Purchased a Canon BG-E2 grip and 2 OEM 511A batteries.

Haeaa was the Seller on January 27, 2011 Kijiji

When purchasing the transaction went smoothly.

The grip's shutter button was very stiff and he said that it was normal.

Tried it again at home, and I had to press extremely hard to use it and I could not take steady pictures.
Texted and emailed him that same night about returning it with him keeping $10 for his troubles b/c I could not take pictures clearly with this (using manual or image stabilized lenses).

He replied that it was normal for this grip and that he will not take it back.

After googling and asking members of my photography forum, a stiff shutter button is NOT normal for this grip.

I did managed to fix the problem on my own.

I would not take this seller's word that he backs up his items. He willingly sold me a product that he knew was not working correctly.

Perhaps this should be negative feedback?
