There was an issue with the base due to the clips not being very solidly manufactured. I am working on getting this replaced with Rosewill. This wasn\'t the sellers fault, just bad manufacturing. Seller was awesome, very understanding, and worked with me every step of the way. The true quality of a seller comes out when there are issues with a purchase and James is a great seller. I wouldn\'t hesitate to buy from again.

Traded an x1800 XT w/PE BIOS for a 7800 GT CO + $180.

Everything was going smooth as pie, he paid me the $180, I bought a second GT (the x1800 was the only card I had), when it got here I shipped the XT. When he received the XT just as he was about to ship the GT he broke a capacitator on it. This guy did everything possible to make it right. He went straight to newegg and ordered a new one and had it sent straight to me! I paid him an extra $41 to ship it express (and since I was now getting a NEW GT).

Considering the circumstances the trade could not have gone better, I would never hesitate to trade with him, this guy WILL make good on the trade.
