The WinXP with COA came exactly as described. However, the RBX came with missing hardware. Rich was great was communication and the refund, as he bought the RBX from a known bad trader. Rich didn't hesitate at all to refund my money, and did it the day he recieved the waterblock back. Although the deal for the RBX didn't go through, Rich did everything to make it right.
