UPS misplaced the package, then it was finally delivered. Took 20+ days but it was completely UPS\' fault. Wayne was right there with me the entire way with friendly updates. He could not have handled the situation any better, I was impressed. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Wayne, had UPS not screwed us so royally it would have been a flawless transaction. A+++
