Was in contact any time we needed, very easy to work with, had no issues since I was acting as the proxy but this was a VERY easy high dollar move and I would have no fear doing it again. Didn't even mind waiting for a few days since I had to take spare parts for my buddy as we were stuck behind a mobo bios update that prevented us from testing the card. 10 of 10 would recommend.
