I purchased an AMD 380064 CPU

I sent the paypal on 2/7/07 and seller finally replied on 2/13/07 and said he had family problems and that he would ship the CPU overnight the next day. I had since never recieved the CPU and another message from the seller. I had to file a claim with paypal which they resolved and I recieved my money back. I was also informed by the mods on anandtech that this was the 3rd instance this had happend and the seller had always ended up resolving the issue. I would not recommend buying from this person and I understand that family problems happen but since this was the 3rd time and I lost 2 weeks waiting on a CPU, and the time spent with paypal to file a claim.

Wasn\'t able to communicate with seller for a few days due to his busy schedule, once he was able to get back with me, he was able to ship video card out quickly after contact was made again. Video cards came as promised, cards could have been cleaned first and packing could have been a little better. Besides a little delay, overall was good. Just be sure to clean components and pack a little better.
