Tried to buy a 2.66Ghz Northwood CPU.

Paid $25 up front due to reasonably high Heatware feedback rating. Seller was nearly impossible to get ahold of my PM or email addresses I had or just did not respond to any correspondence. Finally filed complaint and chargeback with PayPal and somehow instantly got his attention. Payment was refunded and I was charged $1.03 for the payment to my Premier PayPal account. Seller stated they completely forgot about transaction and would send item for free. I haven\'t seen item for over 2weeks and have lost hope. Truly the worst transaction I have ever tried to undertake on the Anandtech forums.
