Bought PS3 system with 3 games from Exomega. Known to have a damaged controller. When received the item was found to be damaged, opened, not ejecting discs properly, and reeked of smoke residue. None of which was disclosed at buying time. Returned item for refund. Said item was sold by his brother on his account. Would not refund return shipping costs as stated in forum private messages. FedEx arrived at my house after item was acknowledged to be back in seller's possession.

He shipped it out last Thurs, then he called and told me when it was going to get here and gave the tracking number. It was suppose to arrive on Tuesday however it arrived on Monday. I have been in contact with him alot since I have not put together a computer in about three years. I would buy from him again with no questions asked. The type of service cannot be beat, especially with the customer service.
