System was well packed BUT came missing a Sound card that he sad would come. and the CDRW was not as described.

He promply sent out missing item and money to cover my cost to replace CDRW with a 52X Burner.

I always judge people for how they come through when mistakes are made and He came through about as well as one could have given the mistake. I would deal with him again simply because he stood behind the original deal and did not try and change the origia
