I asked for a paypal after I decided I\'d get the case, and he sent it to me very quickly. Paid, he got it shipped out. He lives pretty far, but shipping only took one week ground. I got the case, packed very well, and opened it up. It needs a key for the front panel, and I couldn\'t find it. I PM\'d him asking if he had forgotten to include it, but it turns out he never got it from the person he bought the case off of. He responded very quick to all of my PMs, he emailed the original owner of the case, and he even offered to email Silverstone to rectify the situation. Very very good seller here. Extremely good communication
