When I bought the dvd I thought he was going to ship via First Class mail. He sent me a message stating he shipped via Media Mail. A total mis-understanding on my part.
He refunded me $5 because of the problem, which was entirely my fault. He said he wanted to make sure that I got the best deal and just wanted to make fellow traders happy.
Wish EVERYONE had an attitude like that! Excellent trader and I DEFINITELY look forward to dealing with again!
