Transaction took awhile to complete due to US / CAN transaction and the many obstacles. I helped him get his (dad\'s) Paypal verified and resolved the money transfer delay. I was really skeptical about the transaction but Vincent worked really hard to make things work so I took a leap of trust. There were many red flags but the outcome was good.
I would have no problem dealing with Vincent again and would recommend him to anyone.
