He was suppose to install a mod-chip, do a paint job and cut a DVD window for my Xbox that I sent to him.

In a nutshell, he did none of that. Lying the entire way through making excuses, took him over two and half months to tell the truth that he hadn\'t started the work. Now I can\'t get ahold of him and I\'m out $65 and my Xbox.
