This is a negative rating because aoLhaTer pulled out of the deal after I had already sent him half of the payment as he found someone to buy it at a higher price. He did refund the money although I found it to be very unprofessional and I would not deal with him again.

When I looked in the case I found that the power supply had been opened and tampered with, was missing screws, and wasn't even put back together correctly. The power supply's fan's wires were haphazardly rigged with a resistor and electrical tape that was a little melted. This took me all of 15 minutes to fix, but still, you have to disclose such things to potential buyers, which he did not.

What was much worse was the fact that I paid for this thing the same day I saw it posted for sale, but it wasn't shipped until 7 days after. And when he finally shipped it, he did so by USPS Media Mail, which took another 11 days, for a total of 18 DAYS from payment to delivery. LAME.
