Overall, transaction was good. Seller is a little hard to get hold of sometimes; communication seems to be in spurts. However, he is obviously a very active trader, so perhaps he gets a little distracted occasionally. No real complaints. Offered a very good price for the CPU and was willing to let me pay a small amount as downpayment/dibs until I finished some PayPal transfer stuff.
