I was all set to ship out and got delayed a bit due to a family matter. John was very patient and understanding when I notified him of this. I then shipped the drive out USPS Priority to make up for the delay. Upon receiving the HDD he got a SMART error yet the drive continues to work fine. I gave him a partial refund from the purchase price to make the drive an \"as is\" item but hopefully it\'ll keep working.

Overall, a very good expeirence with the buyer and I\'ll gladly do a deal with him again. So despite a few minor hiccups that we were able to work everything our nicely to the satisfaction of both parties. A+
